Preschool Halloween Party

It's Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz. At first she kept telling people she was dressing up like Dorothy the Dinosaur (from the Wiggles) - she didn't quite have this Oz thing figured out. But then figured if she can wear those red sparkling shoes.... she'd be Dorthoy from wherever we wanted her to be!!
