Attention!! First Grader in the House!!

Campbelle started school today – and she was very ready.  Beside herself with excitement actually.  Really, giddy to the point of uncontrollable limbs and bursts of giggles.

(Actually, since she’s so tall, she probably looks more like a 3rd grader… but you get my point.)

Unfortunately, we started off the year already being late for the bus.  Luckily she’s not shy about the first day, because she had to run down the street to catch it while all the other moms on the sidewalk and kids in the bus cheered her on.

It will be a bit lonesome all day without her.  Not sure who will miss her more, me or Christian.  We’ll all be anxiously awaiting the bus at 4:00 and to hear all her stories.
