Puyallup Fair

N233W18W

We did the Puyallup Fair this weekend and had a really nice day.  The kids enjoyed several rides, Christian was unfazed by anything too fast or too high or too spiny - he took it all in with a straight face.  Campbelle really wanted to do the scarier rides, and then she did them, and then the workers almost stopped to get her off as she was crying so hard.  Funny thing is that she said she really had fun!!    Makes us a bit curious how Disney World will go this December.

And it may surprise you but we didn't eat any fair food.  Nothing, nadda, zip! Neither a krusty pup or a scone, nor a fried twinkie or scotch egg (ok, they didn't every have such things as those at this fair).   Instead I packed a healthy snack of carrots and cucumber sticks with some nice humus for us to enjoy.

Not.  And if you haven't figured it out.  Those aren't my kids in the photo.  I dropped and broke our camera the day before.

Too funny!

I couldn't figure the kid-thing out. I thought maybe they were friends of yours.

So, you DID eat all that yummy fair food? (Who wants to eat carrot sticks at a fair anyway?)

You are clever! I'm hoping you did indulge in some artery-clogging fair delights. It's so bad for you but tastes ohhhhh soooo gooooood!
