Winter Blues
I wake this morning, to yet again the sound of rain drops on our roof.
I close my eyes and wish myself to someplace sunny.
Anyplace sunny.
If it's sunny and Siberia - I would go.
Honestly I would.
This is the weather forecast for the next 10 days. Looks very similar to what we had the past 10 days as well.

I know everyone in the Midwest is thinking you have it bad with all your cold weather and snow. And granted, -17 degrees is damn cold.
I am seriously deprived of Vitamin D, people!
For Valentine's Day, I'm wishing for a Happy Light.
So I close now, to find my rain coat and trudge out into this dreary damp weather. Because life goes on and there's only so many days in a row I can stay inside, curled up reading a book and still feel like a functioning being.
Here's hoping the sun is shining on you wherever you are!!
:-)

Yes, Jill, those of us in the midwest are wondering what you are talking about. This weather here has got to go and if only I could have a DROP of rain! I'm feeling your lack of Vitamin D. I have been thinking that Electric Beach is sounding good to me. Two and a half more months (hopefully) and the sun shall shine once again here in Pierre. But then we will start on our trech to 100+ degrees!
oh come on Jill...I saw the sun for like 10 minutes today!
Check out my latest post Jill. Not to make you envious, but you can copy and enlarge the pictures and hang them around the house!! It's artificial sun, but it might get you through to Valentine's Day when you receive your "happy light".
